Olitalia Balsamic Vinegar 500ml

This is a low-density balsamic vinegar and it features a bitter-sweet flavour, somewhat on the sour side, with hints of wood as it is aged two months in sessile oak barrels. It is made from concentrated grape must, wine vinegar and a touch of caramel colouring.
