Our passata is made from nothing but organic sun ripened tomatoes that have been pureed and sieved to remove their skin and seeds. Traditionally used in Italian cuisine as a foundational element to various family recipes, passata makes the ideal base for bolognese sauce, spaghetti and meatballs, braised lamb and even butter chicken.
