Obento Sushi Seasoning

Sushi seasoning is an integral part to making sushi – Japanese sticky, sweet rice served with thin slices of faw fish traditionally, to give it that pleasing aftertaste. Obento Sushi Seasoning is also used as a salad dressing without adding any oil.

Directions:
Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning to 1 cup of cooked sushi rice in a large shallow dish.
Using a wooden spatula, fold the sushi seasoning into the rice.
Let the rice cool to room temperature before using to make sushi.
