MILD, calming and comforting. A favourite for children!

• Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
• Add 750ml (3 cups) boiling water and 1 x 400g tin coconut cream. Stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
• Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
• Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
