• Mayonnaise 50% (rapeseed oil 68%, vinegar, free-range egg yolk 5%, mustard [water, mustard seeds , vinegar, spices], sugar, salt)

• Water

• Vinegar

• Modified corn starch

• Thickeners: polydextrose

• Guar gum and xanthan gum

• Sugar

• Corn starch

• Potassium chloride

• Acidifier: lactic acid

• Antioxidant: E385

• Colouring: beta-carotene

• Preservative: potassium sorbate
